SHOPPING LIST:
Jumbo oats
Protein yogurt
Almond Milk
Blueberries
Honey
(Optional - chia seeds & flaked almonds)
Instructions:
Before you go to bed, grab a bowl and pour in about 60g of oats.
Add a splash of almond milk – fewer calories than regular milk - and stir.
Mix in your yogurt. (And chia seeds)
Cover and put it in the fridge overnight and go to bed.
In the morning, add your berries and honey (and flaked almonds) to taste.
